We have a great pair of cast iron porch light sconces that date from around 1910-1930. These are bit more unusual in design compared to most outdoor fixtures you see. They have been completely restored professionally. They were sandblasted then painted flat black before being rewired with new porcelain bulb sockets. Each sconce has a frosted glass cylinder shaped shade. At the top of each shade the cast metal lid is hinged to allow you access to the bulb.
These sconces are a nice large size and unlike most they will have a prominent presence where ever they are placed. Each sconce has a back plate that measures 12″ by 4 3/4″. They will stick out from the wall about 7″. The glass shades are in excellent condition and measure about 4″ in diameter by 8″ tall. Great sconces that will welcome people when they come to your home.
