We currently have four of these period lights. They were removed from a Brooklyn NY movie theatre back in the 1990s and have been in storage ever since. These date from the 1930s and have a classic Art Deco design. Two are in excellent condition and the two others have some fire damage. They have an original painted "distressed" copper finish and are made from a plaster composite with steel re-enforcements and glass panels. Each fixture is signed on the inside "Made in Chicago USA. CURTIS LIGHTING INCORPORATED". Overall an extremely rare find of early American Art Deco!
